Where can you purchase additional filters?

I didn't think it had a filter because they are so different than any I have seen before but after reading the instructions again it does and it is like a foam plug and Amazon sells them as well .The instructions say to change the filter once a month. Just type in nebulizer filters and the options come up. The type of filter it uses are pretty standard to most nebulizers .

No, according to the product description. It is a jet nebulizer.

What solution goes in it?

I use it with Budesonide and Albuterol and I have used it with Sodium Chloride solution
