Very helpful for mood

Very glad to have something to help with mood and PMS. This is certified organic and I appreciate that it is a natural way to relieve specific aspects of health. I haven't seen apparent results yet, but will update if that changes.

Product seems to work fine but container only had 20 capsules instead of 30. Company did not respond to request for remedy.

Didn’t help with energy level, quite the opposite, made me feel relaxed and sleepy.

I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes less than half full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. I would prefer they put in more capsules and/or use a smaller bottle.If used as directed it will last one month.The expiration date on mine is Dec 2026.The smaller than average capsules have virtually no scent or taste, and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says organic, non-GMO, formulated in the USA (which often means made elsewhere), and has a GMP stamp. The product page says manufactured in the USA and 3rd-party tested. They are also partners with Vitamin Angel, which is a big plus.I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. Their phone number is on the bottle (and website), along with the website address. Their buypeakperformance site is functional and informative, and includes a video by the founder.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I like what I seen, including the lack of fillers and flow agents that many companies say they need to use, while the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to.Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.
