M20 Window is for selecting fluid type. It is simple to enter the menu, you only need to press the MENU button, and then enter the number to enter the corresponding window. Q: Will this provide Peak flow rate data? I'm trying to consider this as tool to size water treatment equipment and peak flow rate is required?

Hi, this product can only provide a series of data and one data at a time. And all of data should be recorded manually.

Q: What straight run requirements does this meter need? How many pipe diameters of straight pipe do I need upstream and downstream of the sensors?

The tested pipeline needs to be a dense medium that can transmit ultrasonic waves, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, copper pipe, PVC, FRP, PPR, etc. After you input outer circumference (M10) or input pipe diameter (M11), wall thickness (M12), installation method (M24), and then automatically calculate the transducers spacing(M25).

Q: Can I use it with carbon or stainless steel? or Do I need other sensors?

Yes, it can use with carbon or stainless steel, and the ultrasonic flowmeter come with S1+M2 transducers, and the measuring range is DN15-700mm (1/2-28") .
