Does this have rca in and speaker post out for wiring up to direct subwoofer? does it have volume and crossover knob? is that a low pass filter knob?

No RCA input. The input is 2 each 1/4" phone back or 3 prong mike Jack. There is a very versital frequency control adjustment. Controls high, mid, and low frequencies and a sub-woofer on/off and frequency control.

Will this fit in a peavey pvx15?

It’s about the size of a shoe box lid. I had to cut out the back of the speaker for it to fit.
