Delicious. chocolate flavor.
I usually go for the 80% Cocao, but decided to try this one out. At first I thought, maybe this is a bit too dark, but then all of a sudden this unique flavor came forward. I'm writing this after having just had the chocolate, so the flavor is still in my mouth. I can't quite explain that flavor, but it somewhat reminds me of something, but I can't put my finger on it. I do know this, I really like the taste, and the smoothness of the chocolate.I bought 12 because my coworkers like dark chocolate, and somewhat rely on me to bring in the 'good stuff'. Well, they are not going to be disappointed for sure with this higher percentage.

Smooth and the flavor is just Yummy!
I love this dark chocolate! I am a bit persnickety about my chocolate and Chai so when I find a brand that I love I tend to tell people about it. So people, these chocolate bars are so good! It is hard not to eat an entire one in one go. But I try to be good and only eat half. I would give them a try if you love rich dark chocolate.

You're gonna get better than what you think you're gonna get!
Alright being honest here, I didn't buy these for that 'enjoy the decadence in your luxurious bath' stuff. I bought these as a fast breaking meal, shocked there's 3 servings per bar (AT LEAST). Whoa momma these are filling! I would not and could not eat the entire bar. I think the flavor is very good without being overpowering with the cocoa. I usually nibble a few almonds with 3 squares and am completely satisfied (for a snack or light bite). Add a protein shake if you're still hungry, but I wouldn't eat this whole bar or it's gonna hit your insides like a cocoa brick!!! Little pricey, but the quality is very good. The paper wrapping over sealed freshness foil is pretty top notch.

Extremely dark and slightly bitter
If you love extra dark bitter chocolate, you might enjoy this. It’s lower in sugar than others. Nice with coffee. Good stuff.

Great Dark Chocolate!
The Endangered Species Chocolate was recently removed from the shelves at my grocery store. Fortunately, I found it on Amazon for nearly the same price. I plan to continue to buy it from Amazon. It’s delicious and is very low in sugar, 6g I believe.
