Will these work on a 21" neck?

They're meant for a 23" scale lap steel. I am not sure how well they will work for 21", as we have not had occasion to try them out on anything below 23.

Special string set designed specifically for 6 string wrap steel guitars aimed to tune CEGACE for the unique sound of Nashville. It can also be used for Hawaiian style performances. This set is a mix of plain steel (rewind) and nickel wound strings intended for use with magnets (electric guitar) pickup. This is the same set as our 2x4 wrap steel kit. 1 .034 Nickel Spool (Low E) 2 .030 Nickel Spool (Low A) 3 .024 Nickel Spool (Middle D) 4 .020 Nickel Spool (Middle G) 5 .017 Plain Steel (Middle B) 6 .014 Plain Steel (High E) Use on wrap steel to reach your desired tuning for best results. Scale length (length from nut to bridge) is approximately 23. Much longer or shorter than that, the string is too loose or tight enough to break before reaching the pitch.
