I bought this after my first aid course. I’ve carried it around ever since but thankfully not needed it. Seems well made.

If you want a adult, youth and baby masks that's available for a bit more cost with different supplier in a deeper holder that's red just look.

I'd rather have it and not need it them, than need them and not have them. Added to updated First Aid kit in the house.

If you ever need to mouth to mouth resuscitation then it's better to use one of these. Inwould recommend basic 1stvaid training on how to use it but it's not difficult and could safe a life and also protect you. It comes in a sturdy plastic case but it's not exactly pocket size. Highly recommended.

The latest UK Resuscitation Council guidelines recommend two rescue breaths after 30 chest compressions for BLS.
