Very usefull

Been taking it for 2 weeks now & still don't notice any positive effects or increase in my energy level. Not happy with the quality.

It is VERY good! It improved my eyesight and testosterone levels. Only downside is it increases bile flow which causes gall stones to dislodge. If they are not flushed they cause pain.

I believe in taurine, which is an important pseudo amino acid nutrient and antioxidant, involved in energy production and lots of other things. I personally do not know the specific efficacy of the powder form, but it seems OK. Do remember that your body can synthesise taurine, but this process deteriorates in old age (which is why I take it.) Be both prudent and wise, consult your physician before taking it; taurine is readily available in most countries, but is actually banned in Scandinavia..

Took another brand taurine in past and noticed some improvements in energy levels. This taurine, I feel same if i take it or don’t take it.
