It depends on whether you purchase the 2 cupholder version or the 4 cupholder one. The 4 cups one is meant for the 4 seater stroller.

Will the large, 4-cup holder console fit on a city mini double stroller?

The length of this is 20", please check if it fit on your stroller.

Is this compatible with the 2 seater or 4 seater?

It will fit the 4 seater, but at the extreme end of the straps. We are returning specifically for the 4 seater model.
