These are excellent for baking and easy clean up. They’re sturdy yet flexible. I cut one to fit a pan better and it worked perfectly. I’ve used them for backing and meats. I’ve even used one to prevent my cutting board from slipping. The circles really help in baking placement and size.

Love how they are so durable, nothing sticks and so easy to clean! I do allot of baking so these are a godsend. All my cookie trays have their own mat and that's how they're stored

I've used these a couple of months before this review. There's nothing negative to say. Really saves on scrubbing those sheet pans. Also saves on aluminum foil lining costs. Roasting various meats is what I mainly use these for.
