is the safety fuse replaceable?

The controllers being sold beginning with October 8, 2016 has a replaceable fuse of 4 amperes. For the controllers sold before October 8, 2016 the safety fuse is not replaceable. The controller is designed for a load of 400 watts so the fuse will not blow unless the load is exceeded. Up to 6 incandescent string lights of 60 watts or many LED lights (make sure it does not exceed 400 watts) can be safely connected.
