I have purchased many of these gift cards over the past few years and have never had any issues. When my CC is giving rewards for making an Amazon purchase I'll stock up on a few more and throw them in a desk drawer to use for gifts in cards. Better than a Visa gift card that charges an activation fee! The design is boring, but that's not a deal breaker for me.
