Just had it installed we shall see but so far Outstanding !!!!Love this pump !

The pump was purchased as an replacement for a pump lost in a flood. I read various reviews about build quality that had me concerned. I decided to purchase the pump with an additional 3 year warranty. As of this writing the pump has been installed and running for 72 hours consistenlly in order to address an alge bloom. It has functioned flawlessly. My main takeaway is how quiet the pump is even o the fastest speed. On any of the lower speed settings there is very little noise. It can safely be circulating at night without disturbing neighbors.

I have only had the pump installed and running for two months and it seemed to be running great until i walked out to a whining/ screeching. Upon checking the pump it was not only making noises it was leaking water. I turned the pump off so it didn’t catch fire. From the noise and the leak I would have to say the bearings on the pump went and the seal is shot from the heat. I have contacted the seller and they have told me that it is out of the return or refund time so I should contact the company I got the extended warranty from. Problem is if you read the warranty it states that it kicks in only after the manufactures 1yr warranty is up. After all this I read other reviews that say they have had the same issue. I really hope everyone reads this and the other reviews. This company has left me with a mess of a pool and out $700 plus dollars. I really Hope Amazon holds this seller to the manufacture warranty and stops them from selling this product. It’s beyond frustrating and has caused a ton of stress. Do not purchase this pump if you want to sleep at night. Thank god I was home to catch this before it caused a fire and possibly burned down our house and the neighbors.

Easy to program,pump is very quiet when running,it's been only 2 weeks so far so good.

First Impression: Very nice pump case and controller enclosure. The display panel is logical and easy to program. The product manual is of good quality with color illustrations and very easy to understand. Very quiet operation at all speeds. It is running at factory program settings with exception of adding time to speed 4 for 24/7 operation in a salt pool through the Winter, (Much better result than shutting down). This is the 3rd variable speed pool pump that I have owned and installed and so far my favorite. Lets hope I can say the same for many years to come. Note: 30 day return but no manufactures warranty. I purchased the ASURION 4 Year protection plan.

Love the pump but the fact that it has multiple speeds, it is hard to program. I still highly recommend it.

I purchased and installed this 3hp VS pump for my son two weeks ago and so far the pump has performed flawlessly. I'm really impressed with the power of this pump and even at 3,000 rmps it's so much quieter than his previous pump. The noise levels on all speeds rivals my own Pentair Intellifo at my home. The scheduling has also been flawless. After purchasing I contacted the seller several times with questions and each time they responded in a timely fashion. I am thrilled with my purchase.I usually stay away from purchasing extended warranties, however after reading reviews on Asurion I decided to purchase their four year warranty.
